Witte

Some claim this traditional Belgian-style white ale refreshes the body and illuminates the spirit. We don’t disagree. Our version of a classic wit or “white” ale, Witte is crisp and quenching on its own, shines brightly along lighter fare like salads and appetizers, and is a perfect complement to barbeque and spicy dishes.

Witte pours soft and hazy golden straw with a pillowy white head. Aromas of fruity Belgian yeast blend with the traditional spice and citrus additions of coriander and sweet orange peel. Witte finishes refreshing and semi-dry on the palette, with sweet notes of orange balanced by crisp, bright effervescence.
