Draft Maintenance Technician

Description

The basic function of a draft maintenance person is to clean and maintain draft systems. As a draft maintenance person, you are responsible for the equipment you operate and the product and receipts you handle.

Responsibilities

Report to work in a clean, neat and Konrad Beer Distributor approved uniform at your scheduled starting time.
Follow your work schedule at all times unless otherwise directed.
Record time in and time out on draft reports. Have customer sign report. Up to date draft surveys in all accounts to monitor competitive draft brands.
Call on each account as scheduled. Notify you supervisor in a timely manner of any accounts you are unable to service as scheduled.
Create, develop and maintain good will in every account.
Rotate Anheuser-Busch products according to Anheuser-Busch and KBC policy.
At each delivery all Anheuser-Busch products on the premises must be checked and rotated for proper rotation.
It is your responsibility to get the freshest product to the consumer.
Draft and package products, which are approaching shelf life, must be removed and placed in a retail account that can sell it through before its shelf life expires.
Out of code product must be removed immediately and returned to KBC.
Rotation problems must be addressed to the manager of the retail account, the sales department and KBC management.
Show a professional, positive and mature attitude to our customers at all times.
Communicate market changes to your supervisor.
Inventory tap markers, draft parts, and supplies. Inform management of the items that are needed.
Taste product to monitor quality control: however, drinking product during working hours is prohibited.
Comply with all governments laws, including the B.A.C. level. You are responsible for yourself at all times. If you at any time violate the D.W.I. laws or fail to pass the B.A.C. level, you will be subject to discipline up to and including discharge.
Attend all required seminars and company meetings scheduled by Konrad unless excused by management.
Keep your vehicle clean and neat.
Report all vehicle damage and required maintenance on the proper forms to the garage and your supervisor.
Drive your vehicle safely, courteously, and obey all traffic regulations.
Use Anheuser-Busch’s recommended beer line cleaners and follow cleaning procedures stated in the manual provided by Anheuser-Busch. The company must approve any deviation or change from this manual.
Ability to lift load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. required.
