Konrad Beverage Season Helper:
On a daily basis, the Driver’s helper will help deliver customer-purchased product to assigned accounts as well as stock coolers and shelves neatly with product to ensure proper rotation of product with every delivery. This position will pick up all empty kegs at their prospective stops on a daily basis. The Driver’s Helper works safely, obeying all company policies and procedures, including safety procedures and requirements. This position will also help with warehouse picking, which can include picking cases to build customer's orders to be loaded for delivery. They will communicate with co-workers, ensuring superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- On a daily basis the Driver’s helper will help deliver customer-purchased product to assigned accounts as well as stock coolers and shelves neatly with product and ensure proper rotation of product with every delivery
- This position will pick up all empty kegs at their prospective stops on a daily basis
- The Driver’s Helper works safely, obeying all Company policies and procedures including safety procedures and requirements and will communicates with co-workers, ensuring superior customer service
- Ability to start early in the morning, with flexibility- 2 am 10 am start times
- Must reliably be able to work in rain, heat and/or cold conditions
- Warehouse picking which can include picking cases to build customers orders that will be loaded for delivery
- Breakdown and stack products from side load and rear load trucks
- Assist driver in delivering products to multiple locations
- Check and rotate products for freshness
- Establish positive working relationships with the primary contact for each account
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 165 lbs
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to work in rain, heat and/or cold conditions
